Fully clothed • Extremely gentle • Profoundly effective
Lindsay is one of the most highly trained CranioSacral therapists in the region. She holds:
- Upledger Institute Level I & II
- SomatoEmotional Release 1 (SER1)
- Specialized training in Traumatic Brain Injury & Concussion protocols
From 2015–2020 she worked on-site and in-office with The Adirondack Thunder, an ECHL professional hockey team in Glens Falls, NY, using CST to dramatically shorten athletes’ return-to-play time after concussions. Today she continues that same advanced work with children and adults healing from TBI, post-concussion syndrome, autism, ADHD, sensory-processing challenges, anxiety, and post-surgical recovery.
What actually is CranioSacral Therapy?
CST is an exquisitely light-touch (about 5 grams—the weight of a nickel) therapy that listens to and responds to the subtle rhythm of your cerebrospinal fluid—the fluid that bathes and protects your brain and spinal cord. Using only her trained hands, Lindsay tunes into this rhythm the way a master musician hears a slightly off-key string, then gently encourages restrictions in the cranium, spine, sacrum, and fascia to release.
Think of your central nervous system as an overworked computer that’s been running for years without ever being shut down. CST is the safe, complete reboot: it down-regulates the fight-or-flight response, drains inflammation from the brain and meninges, rebalances intracranial pressure, and allows the entire nervous system to reset itself.
Clinically recognized for helping
- Concussions & traumatic brain injury (faster symptom resolution than rest alone)
- Post-concussion syndrome, headaches, dizziness, brain fog
- Autism, ADHD, sensory integration challenges, anxiety in children & adults
- Chronic neck pain, migraines, TMJ dysfunction
- Hormonal imbalances & menstrual irregularities (via pituitary/hypothalamus release)
- Post-surgical recovery (safe even days after surgery because no force is used)
- PTSD, insomnia, hypervigilance, emotional overwhelm
- Postpartum (for mothers and babies)
Most people feel a profound stillness settle in during the session. Some drift into a meditative or sleep-like state, and leave describing sensations like “my head finally feels quiet,” “I can breathe into the back of my skull again,” or “it’s like someone turned the volume down on my nervous system.”
No lotions, no undressing, no strong pressure—just deep, lasting calm.
If you’ve been told “just rest” or “learn to live with it,” come experience a therapy that helps your brain and nervous system heal itself.
