This is the session for when you want everything! This is the session that refuses to choose sides: it gives you the deep physical release you can feel in your muscles and bones, plus the luminous energetic clearing that leaves your whole system quietly glowing.
Lindsay begins by sitting with you for a few quiet minutes listening to your words, your breath, the places you unconsciously touch when you speak. From that shared stillness she intuitively designs the entire session in the moment, weaving Eastern and Western traditions into one continuously evolving experience.
What Actually Happens on the Table
- Therapeutic Cupping Silicone or plastic cups glide or rest strategically to decompress fascia, stimulate the lymphatic system to draw fresh blood and flush stagnation, break up adhesions, and create visible “space” where tension has lived too long (back, shoulders, hips, IT bands). Expect those satisfying circular marks that fade in 3–14 days; if you do not want any markings from cups, please let Lindsay know.
- Reiki & Advanced Energetic Bodywork Lindsay works gently with your body’s energy field to dissolve stagnant or heavy energy and restore a smooth and natural flow. She acts as a clear conduit for universal life-force energy, helping to address emotional imbalances, anxiety, release stored emotions, quiet mental chatter, and replenish depleted reserves. Most people feel waves of warmth, gentle tingling, or deep peace moving through them, and leave with a soft, radiant calm that lingers long after the session ends.
- Swedish–Deep Tissue Fusion Long, soothing strokes combined with precise, intelligent deeper work to release chronic knots and myofascial restrictions.
These three worlds are not done in separate “stages.” They dance together. Cupping might open the back, Swedish waves spread the new freedom outward, and Reiki seals the release so the change holds. Or energy work might come first to quiet an overactive mind, allowing the body to accept deeper pressure it would otherwise guard against. Lindsay intuitively blends these modalities to work perfectly for your body, mind, and spirit.
Backed by Science
- Randomized trials (Journal of Traditional & Complementary Medicine, 2018; PLoS One, 2015) show cupping significantly decreases chronic neck/back pain, improves range of motion, and outperforms standard care alone in fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis.
- Over 50 peer-reviewed studies (including NIH-funded research) demonstrate Reiki reduces anxiety, depression, pain scores, and heart-rate variability markers of stress as effectively as guided relaxation or light massage. Hospital systems nationwide now include Reiki in integrative care protocols.
- Deep-tissue techniques increase parasympathetic activity, lower cortisol, and improve pain thresholds (Journal of Bodywork & Movement Therapies). Swedish massage alone has been shown in meta-analyses to reduce blood pressure and boost serotonin/dopamine levels comparable to light exercise.
Perfect for
- Long-held pain that feels both physical and emotional
- Athletes or desk warriors needing a more aggressive release
- Anyone who has tried “just massage” or “just Reiki” and wanted to experience the benefit of blending modalities
- Post-injury or post-surgery clients ready to integrate body and spirit
- High-stress individuals craving that rare, soul-level feeling of being fully received, exactly as you are
What Clients Notice
Decreased pain, more mobility, length in tissues, better sleep, fewer headaches, quieter thoughts, lingering warmth.
Session Details
- Arrive in comfortable clothing; you’ll disrobe to your comfort level under soft linens and will be properly draped at all times
- Please arrive scent-free and without lotion (no perfume, lotion, or essential oils)
- Hydrate well before and after; the combination work moves a lot of energy and fluid
Leave the table lighter in body, clearer in energy, and carrying a calm that doesn’t fade when you walk out the door. Leave feeling like you’ve just received the best of both worlds.
