Skip is a New York State licensed massage therapist who has worked in the upstate New York area since 1985.  He graduated from the Florida Institute of Natural Health in Gainsville Florida.  With extensive training in sports massage, Skip also is a certified personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE).  He trains clients in area gyms as well as in their homes.  Skip is available for; relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage , as well as training tips for every day fitness and general health.  His NYS massage therapist license number is 3470.

You can now schedual personal training session with Skip at ABC Fitness in South Glens Falls by appointment.  One on one personal training for only $40 an hour when you buy a package of 10 training sessions.
