Heidi Rieger is a recent graduate of The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, in Albany New York. NYS Licensed Massage Therapist 2008.  She has successfully completed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and New York State’s licensing requirement of 1020-hour course of study with a minimum of 500 hours of faculty supervised instruction and 102 Student Clinic hours. Training includes: Anatomy & Physiology, Myology and Kinesiology, along with hands on training in Pregnancy, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, Gentle Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral, Shiatsu, Energy & Polarity Massage, and Aromatherapy. Heidi is also Certified in CPR/First Aid.
