Are you an A or a B?

Are you an A or a B?A) Do you take your car to the garage for regular schedule maintenance? B) Do you wait for something to break before fixing it?   Do you approach your health the same way?

The Chinese have a saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”.  It will take less time and money to maintain your wellness, than to fix what is broken.

I recommend that my clients receive massage at least one a month for regular maintenance.

I’m an A “now”. I’m a long distance runner and believe that regular massage is keeping me on the road and off the couch!
